Tombras.com Contact Page

I was tasked with designing the contact page for the advertising firm, Tombras. As an advertising agency, Tombras receives many types of inquiries. To create a tailor-made experience for the inquirer, I created a large stylistic dropdown for the inquirer to select the category that best represented their request. Based on the selection chosen, fields display specific to the request. This also allowed for increased efficiency internally for information gathering and handling the requests of the inquirer.
